Step Lair

DH helped SS11 to the porch with his school bag at DO last night. SD8 went inside.. and while DH was handing over the bag to SS11, BB slammed the door on both DH and SS11. SS11 fishes out his key and goes inside to get some camping gear that DH had loaned him. BB came to the door and started yelling “Go ON! BUZZ OFF!” through the flyscreen and a half opened door.

DH : I’m collecting my gear.

I’ll email it to you. Go away!

Email?? It’s gear. What if I don’t pick the kids up from here? (She has started having us pick the kids up at different locations, against the court orders.)

I’ll send it with the kids. Go away!

The she slammed the door again.

SS11 comes out again, gives the stuff to DH and tells him to let him know if anything is missing, when he goes back inside DH can hear at SS inside.

It reminds me of those scenes in 3rd grade when one kid feels the need to corner another kid to tell him “I’m not talking to you anymore.!!”

If she had just stayed inside she wouldn’t have had to see DH at all.. he stood on the far end of the porch?!? Weird.

Not all of the stuff was there tho’ - the torch I gave DH for Christmas was missing.
