I refer you to the email I sent with the access schedule many months ago - when I sent it to you I asked you to email me back if you saw any problems with it. I heard nothing back from you (until this week) except a verbal comment (and at that time I asked you again to email me any problems you saw with the schedule).

As you’re aware I’m working long hours at the moment, but once I revert back to my normal hours (two weeks time) I will be seeking legal advice and then I will get back to you - until then the current schedule stands.

As the children and I have been out every night this week (due to my extra work hours) you haven’t been able to phone the children, so if you would like to, you can phone the children this Sunday morning, July 17, between 9 & 10 am (we’ll be going out after 10). I’m sure the children would be happy to hear from you.

DH has been entitled to 6 hours phone contact in the last month but has only been able to talk to the skids for 45 minutes.

I hate how she thinks that she can just pick and choose times soley at her discretion.

She thinks she is being so magnanimous, (usually her attutide is “too bad, so sad”, so she thinks she is doing us this great favour by letting him speak to the kids when it’s convenient for her. ) If she knew they were not going to be able to talk to DH on the phone, she should have made arrangements before letting DH waste his time trying to call every 10 minutes.

Somewhere under the slime she realises that maybe she pushed it all a bit too far this time.

Little does she know that the new orders we have drafted are already with our lawyer. He stalling tactics regarding legal advice in 2 weeks (which I doubt she actually intends to get.) isn’t going to work.
