Apparently, we are spending $250 - $400 per skid.
Both the skids this week have, unasked, put their orders in for Christmas presents.
All phrased as “the ONLY thing I want for Christmas is [insert expensive gift here]” Certainly nobody here has mentioned that we will be going all out on expense!
I wonder where they got the idea we would be buying them such expensive things for Christmas!??! 
SS12 wants a full cricket gear set. And it has to be “good”. “I want a GOOD bat, Dad, NOT a cheap one.”
SD8 wants a Nintendo with “lots” of games. She had already costed out that the Nintendo will cost $180 and she wants 4 games on top of that as well, “minimum”.
Well, skids, you’ll get whatever the hell it is you are given. 
and if you have any sense, you will be grateful for it too!
