Let me think for a second… NO!
So far, so good, that will save us an 8 hour round trip to collect him.
Now we hear from SS that BB is intending to drive up to camp, pick SS12 up in the early afternoon of the day camp finishes, AND keep him OVERNIGHT, bringing him back the next day sometime.
I don’t think so BB!!! 
There is a big difference between letting him come back with other campers and their families - getting him back Sunday night at around 6pm (which is what she originally alluded to, and what all the other campers will be doing), and keeping him overnight and getting him back sometime the next day.
The other issue is that she has not ASKED to take this time from us, just told SS that this is what she would be doing. If we thought he would be getting back a whole day late, we would have paid for him to come back on the bus with the other kids or gone and collected him ourselves.
We were also going to leave early the next day for our OWN vacation - so she has chopped into that with no consideration.. no doubt she feels she can just do this because she is the muuuther, without the courtesy of even asking if she could keep him what will amount to an extra day.
She also got the kids to us a whole day late for this period of visitation, and we are in the process of breaching her on that. She will do anything she can to chip into our time with the kids.
