Would she dare??
The bus fare costs $70 - $35 ticket each way.
BB has decided to save herself the $35 of her share and collect SS12 from camp (four hours away).
Camp is during our summer 3 weeks of hard won contact time. (We are on it now.. it is summer holiday here in Australia and have had the skids for a week.)
Camp ends at 9am Sunday week. Theoretically, BB should collect him at 9am and be back by about 2pm at the latest, given stops for lunch etc.
SS12 has informed us that BB is not going to return him at 2pm! She is going to keep him overnight, without our permission, and during our contact time, and return him sometime the next day, whenever she is ready. 
BB is notorious for telling the kids something and then lying that she never said it later. 
To force the issue, DH sent her the following:

Could you please confirm that you are providing transport back from Summer Camp for SS12, and where and when on Sunday 22nd I will be collecting him?CFDH

I can’t confirm yet what time you’ll need to pick SS12 up, probably from my place, but yes I am providing transport back from Summer Camp for him. We’ll probably need to text you on Sunday to let you know where and what time - it will be quite late in the day.

What’s the bet that “late in the day” means we get a text message saying “it’s too late, you will need to collect him tomorrow”??
She doesn’t know WE know she intends to keep him over night.

Given camp closes at 9am, I would expect SS back by 2pm at the latest. We have plans that necessitate him being back earlier in the day than you suggest. If you cannot have him back by 2pm please either organise alternate transport for him, or let me know so that I can collect him myself.

Why is EVERYTHING so hard?? 
DH sent a follow up email saying that as we had not heard from her, we would definitely be picking SS up, she need not bother to go to collect him.
No repsonse to that one either…
