We can’t have SD8 for the whole weekend because….
It’s a long weekend over here in 
Our CO doesn’t mention what should happen on Long weekends.. historically we keep them until Monday.. anyway.. SD8 asked her mother why she couldn’t stay with us for the entire weekend.. BB tells her 
we need to go clothes shopping on Monday!!
What.. didn’t get to keep all the good stuff and send us the sh*t like you were planning on, BB? 
So this is our “punishment” for not giving in to her demands. 
Over the last few days, I’ve started re-writing the CO.. and I’ve explicitly put in it that on long weekends, we get the Monday as well.
What if we’d been planning to go away that weekend? We did think about it.
Now we can’t.
