Do we really look that stupid???

DH tries to contact the skids on the phone we bought for them for the purpose of contact. The phone wasn’t answered and DH had to call 
phone.. which has no free minutes between them and DH therefore has to pay $$
 Why didn’t you answer your phone?
 I lost it
 where? At School?
 No.. it got confiscated.
 Who confiscated it??

 Why? How long for?
 for three weeks!!!!

 (to BB who was listening to the conversation) Mum, why did I lose my phone?
 mumbles/whispers in the background
 Um.. I don’t know why I lost my phone.
 That’s weird!
 Yeah.. well.. We played cricket at school today…
She confiscates the phone to prevent from phoning when she is mad at . My guess is that she confiscated it this time because she was 
that her little plan to get her hands on ’s $50 failed.
This is her way to “show” DH, by making him pay for the phone calls.
