DH has asked FIL to send Christmas and birthday $$ for the kids to us, not to BB, however, FIL has again sent $$ to BB, who has not allowed the skids to buy themselves anything fun - she has put it in the bank for them. 

This means the $$ will be spent on things like camp that we recon BB should be paying for herself.    Some things are just a parents responsibility to pay for.

Given that we have the skids with uf this Xmas, it makes no sense to send their Christmas $$ to BB who is now in NZ.  FIL should know better.
